This is one of my favorite ornaments, it is great for an expecting couple. The seller was super fast at shipping and the customer service was amazing. Unfortunately the item was broken when I received it due to rough handling by the postal service. The seller was very responsive and had a new item out to me before I knew it and was very kind about the situation.
