The ordering process as well as the customer service engagement up to delivery has exceeded my expectations for sure however the product itself as you can see by the photos has some white residue on the back of it, and it is very small almost about the length of my hand. I wish that I had paid attention to the measurements and purchase something bigger, but it still is really nice.

The only thing is that my item came with a single button when it was supposed to be a three button switch so it would be able to change color and adjust the lights and that’s not the one I got I have a single switch one button only! His children are all grown up, and now have their own families, but he melted back to the day each of them were born when he saw the plaque. He couldn't stop smiling, now he is carving out a special space to display it. It would be great if you are able to offer different sizes and designs in the future. Something simple like a bracelet design on the wrist would give a gender distinction, but to be honest he smiled so hard he wouldn't have noticed...Thank You SO MUCH!

Smaller than expected & the wood is too light to have white writing on it. The wood should’ve been dark like the one on their website. They don’t give an option of wood colors. had I known the wood was light I would’ve asked for black lettering . Great customer service tho but shipping took longer than expected. This was a Father’s Day gift & I item on Monday the day after Father’s Day and I placed my order 2 weeks before Father’s Day ♀️
