When I first received it, I couldn’t get it to work. I emailed customer service, so they sent me a video explaining that there is a tiny little switch on the side that needs to be turned on. I think that information should be included with the magnet so others know that that switch needs to be turned on.

This item is so unique and I can't wait to given it to my husband for Valentine's Day. It really would have been helpful though if there were some instructions added in the item package to tell about charging ( I was waiting for a green light to indicate it was charged) and about the on/off switch on the side that I had no idea was there. Therefore, I thought the item didn't work. Also instructions indicating that there was a protective plastic over the top of the item. I received an email explaining all this but it was only after reaching out because I thought my item was defective. This would have saved a lot of frustration. Now that I have that all figured out, I am very pleased.
