I was pleased with the outcome of my order. It came just as pictured. It did take a little while to receive so I suggest ordering in a timely fashion but everyone's name was spelled right and it looks good on my tree.

Ornaments I made for the Team are so cute. The transaction was very easy, and the communication at every step was outstanding. This was my second order in the past month, and I will most certainly order again in the future.
My only criticism of the ordering process is that you can't just select a quantity of one item. If I wanted 6 of an item, I had to order 5 and then 1, which increased the price because 1 ornament costs more than if you bought 5. My previous order I needed 14, but I had to order 10 and 5. Then I still ended up with one extra order. If they simply lowered the price slightly, the more you bought, the more convenient it would be.
Overall, though, a fun and creative gift that my Team and Cast loved.
