I really like it however I was taken by surprise to realize it was flat, based upon the picture it appears that it was an actual miniature helmet that you could hold in your hand.
However, it looked fantastic hanging on my tree, I was very proud of it.

The ornament turned out perfect. My firefighter loved it and it will sit in his office in display all year round. The only “complaint” I have is the picture made it look like it would be 3D and it’s a flat acrylic ornament. We still love it. Great funny customer service… almost too much. This add is very deceiving. Your photos make this ornament look like a actual ornament, a mini helmet. When actually it's a FLAT acrylic piece. Yes, you do say 3D EFFECT and acrylic but.... deceiving. You should be more honest in your advertising, show a side image. I would not have purchased this especially at this cost if I new it was flat. In saying that ; the fire house name, ff name and number is what's important.
