They stayed in constant contact with me up to making sure I received the package and was happy with my purchase. I am very happy with it. (Make sure you check measurements before your purchase thought. The pictures look bigger, but their measurements are accurate.)

The plaque is beautiful. Even more beautiful than I expected. Right now I have mine on a window sill where the sun shines most of the day. Very well done and worth the wait. I had a bit of an issue with my item getting lost in transit. It did make it to me after many confusing emails. May be if they shipped in a bigger container it would be more difficult to lose. The item once it reached me is magnificent.

This did not arrive in time, and when I called the company to question it I was told in transit, And that it would take 14 business days to replace it.
I was upset so I Google the company only to find out they tell people this Routinely. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
So I was going to request a refund.
HOWEVER... The shipment arrived in time for my event and they are BEAUTIFUL!
They are a little on the smaller side, which I knew by the given dimensions, and I upgraded, I just wish it were even a little bigger, suitable to sit on a desk or shelf.
But I am thrilled with them. I am so happy to have them. I am giving them as gifts To my siblings When we gather in honor of her birthday.
