I ordered the car hanger with the QR code on it. The first one I got in the mail had an issue with it not playing. I believe this was a Spotify issue and not a product issue. I contacted customer service and they handled my issue right away. They were very good at making sure that I received an item that worked properly and replaced the car hanger right away. They even contacted me after I received the replacement to make sure everything was working how it was supposed to. I would highly recommend this company. Their product was great and their customer service was outstanding.
