My initial delivery was of the wrong order, but the team worked diligently to get me the right order and were super nice and timely in their communication and correcting my order. Only recommendation would be a little more secure packaging for the porcelain ornaments to minimize risk in the mail. The first order had several broken ornaments, but my correct order was all intact. Thank you all and I’m sure my co-workers will love it!

I’ve already put a review here and emailed customer service; but with the daily bombardment of emails, I’m not surprised I’m still being asked to review this.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The name customizations on each ornament I ordered are barely visible, which is the whole point of customizing. I spent over $100 on 6 ornaments and I’m pretty disappointed in the end result.
I emailed support several days ago and still no response. Never again.
