Looks great, very professional looking and my wife loved it. What is missing is how you are supposed to attach the rope. The rope was sent but it was not attached and no instructions on how they want you to attach it. I'm sure I can figure it out, but I shouldn't have to. Either attach it or put in instructions and you'd get 5 stars.
