I'm very pleased with the end result. The canvas is just as I expected it to be. However, there were several emails back and forth confirming that I had in fact, ordered a canvas and not a poster, which may have caused delays in production. There were also many long, "cutesy" emails that I had to read through only to see there really wasn't anything that I needed to know. At such a busy time of year, it may be better to send information with "just the facts" of production and shipping.
