Yes my daughter finally checked the mailbox and received the ornament. She said it is very cute, the only downfall is that it is acrylic which means it's breakable. I bought one 2 years ago and when my grandson went to put it on the tree, it fell and broke. I forgot about that. So we'll hope for the best that this one doesn't fall and get broken. I really like the product other than that. Such a cute idea.

Your only shows front side of ornament. Back side has date and name backwards. Falsely advertise your product. Your customer service pointed out small print showing backside is transposed while you attempt to find better process. Shame on you for selling these as is.

I ordered 4 ornaments, 2 of a girl, name Avalon, with dark brown hair and brown eyes, on a unicorn and 2 ornaments of a boy, named Largo, with dark brown hair and brown eyes, riding on a red tractor.
Simple right, you would think so but what I received was 4 ornaments of the girl ornament and 0 ornaments of the boy. ♀️
I was in the process of moving to Florida for the winters so I had my order shipped there and picked up by my house sitter. We were delayed in Maine for weeks due to a car accident and a death. We just got to Florida last night, imagine my surprise when opening my order and found 4 of one ornament and none of the other.
Someone needs to get in touch with me promptly to deal with your mistake, time is of the essence, the people these gifts were meant for are leaving the country shortly.

I was very disappointed to see that the actual ornament is a flat clear acrylic ornament rather than what looks to be like a three-dimensional ornament. The pictures on the site are very deceiving. This ornament is definitely not worth the $30 I paid. If it wasn’t personalized, I would send it back

He noticed immediately the dinosaur was a TRex, his favorite kind of dinosaur. when I showed him his name was written on the hat he could hardly believe it was meant just for him!
