Every week we read every single review that lands in our inbox. Some make us laugh, some make us tear up, and a few make us do a happy dance around the office. Last week all three delivered.
So we rounded up our ten favorites. Spoiler: there are proud grandmas, a very stylish dog-shirt Friday, a fall mantle that stole the show, and one heartfelt tribute that reminded us why we do what we do.
What our customers are saying
If last week's reviews had a theme song, it would be a love song. Our customers raved about the quality, the craftsmanship and how spot-on their personalization turned out. A typo, fixed fast. One ornament arrived with a misspelling, and our customer service team made it right straight away. The customer loved the ornament, but she loved how we handled it even more.
