The box and the ornaments which were customized were beautiful, and I would have loved to given a five star review; HOWEVER, the company provides no way to expedite their products. As a result, I did not receive the box and the ornaments in time for Christmas.I ordered them early, but I had to leave to go out of town on 17 December and even though I ordered them on 12/9, they did not arrive until after I left. I sent multiple messages to the support email; but, was told that they would not expedite shipping. So, again, even though I am very pleased with the product. I am not pleased with the support.

It's adorable ! Exactly how it showed it would be. Customer service is awesome. They've contacted me worried it wouldn't show up on time because of not receiving tracking info from the shipper so they sent another one out so it would get here when they said. And it did. Now I have 2!

I don't know what happened but I received 2 ornaments. I only ordered one and I would like a refund. Also the ornament is cute but it came AFTER Christmas which defeats the whole purpose. I did NOT order last minute so it should of been here on time. One box had the card I paid extra for and one box did not have the card. Please advise
