Very pretty. Purchased for a gift. Smaller than I thought it would be, but that’s good. The recipient has a small space. I’m going to buy a USB plug to plug this into the wall. It’s for a senior citizen and they don’t always have a usb port to light it up. Happy with the quality and personalization.

I ordered the Grandma' garden night light. The item is very pretty. The personalization is correct. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the letter S is a little difficult to read making it hard to tell what the name is, since the two names with S are not common names.

Such a great gift. Quality was great and turn around with customization was superb! My only complaint would be the size of the font. With seven names included the font and font type are a bit hard to ready. Other than that, the item is on full display with lights and all. Love it!

It is very cute but a little smaller than expected and you can't see the words on the wood base very well. Should have gone with a bigger one! I also paid extra to move my order up in line but shipping was still long so wish I didn't pay that extra amount for nothing.

At first she couldn’t read it until she figured out it needed to be turned over! It is stunning and made her so happy! Thank you! I cannot wait to give this to my father during my mother's Celebration of Life party. We unfortunately didn't receive it in time for the funeral when we expedited the order, however, that doesn't change my opinion of the productor the sellers customer service. I had it engraved as a forever reminder of the "Grove" my parents made together vs. "Grandma's Garden" as advertised.
My folks also had gardens but they lived together on acreage and had a citrus and avocado Grove. My father always referred to it as their "Family Name Grove" and that was perfect as to be a happy reminder, not one that made him feel like a widower or that he grew our family alone.
With my mother's untimely passing just before Christmas, he still has to go through all their things and now let go of their home they have shared for 47 years and I am hoping that wherever he goes, it will serve as a happy reminder of the family they grew and where it all started... 4 children, 9 grandchildren and their 1st newborn great-grantchild born just months before my beautiful mother passed in their home with my father by her side.
Our item was in perfect condition when it arrived, though a tad late, but with clear instructions on the outside of the box that instructed me to video the unboxing in case there was a problem. The package was also clearly labeled as fragile and handled by the shipper very carefully and the inside was beautifully packaged. When I opened it and plugged it in the first time, I cried tears of joy and sorrow missing my mother as she would have LOVED this and know my father will to!

I really loved the acrylic light. The workmanship was beautiful. The creators were great, they even were willing to make a wording change shorty after ordering.
However, when we placed the acrylic light on its wooden stand, the acrylic block was not wide enough to fit on the stand, so there was a small gap, which made it possible for the acrylic block to top over and fall. I inserted small pieces of cardboard on the back area of the block to make the light snug in its stand.
My mother absolutely loved it and displaces on the mantel for all to see.
I didn’t give the product a 5 stars because of 2 reasons. Although I ordered the item early in December, the gift took too long to be delivered. To make sure to get it for Christmas, I paid extra for expedited service. Honestly, that was a waste of money because it was delivered on 12/28, after Christmas.
The other complaint I have is that if you want to protect the product you have to pay extra for shipping and also buy the gift box which costs almost $20. In my opinion, the price of the box is too expensive. I can see paying $5, but $20 for a box is way too much.
So after paying for expedited service, shipping protection and the gift box, the light ended up costing me over $106. I really liked the acrylic light, but paying over $100 for it, was too expensive.
