The mug came very well wrapped in bubble wrap and was boxed, and the artwork is beautifully done! The mug is also a perfect size. Not too big, and a good handle to hold onto as well. I ordered this mug for my mom and sent as a surprise to her. It arrived much sooner than I thought. She thought I had sent pictures in if her four cats for their pictures to be put on the mug. They give you so many options of animals to pick from I was able to pick ones that looked just like her kitties. They are outside barn kitties but very spoiled. She always says to me first thing I do is wake up and feed the babies. This mug was perfect. Made us both laugh.

I contacted Trending Custom and was told a replacement would be shipped out but would probably arrive after Christmas as it was around the 21st, which is understandable.
