The cup was well made and great quality. However, I was disappointed in size of the letters. I ordered a 15oz cup which is a good size cup with five names. The letter size was okay but there was additional space that I think could have be used. I reorder the same cup and added two more names which made the letters even smaller. The names were only three to six letters and one with seven.

While I was satisfied with the product itself, there were two related situations that were upsetting. (1) Shipping was delayed several days beyond the projected timeline, causing the items to be unavailable to be presented as Christmas gifts. (I did receive a 10% discount on the order as compensation.) and (2) one of the five mugs I ordered was delivered with a handle that was broken in 3 pieces. I was promised a replacement mug, but as of today, I have not received any information about the delivery of the replacement mug.

Although I liked the mug I purchased for my sister with her grandchildren’s names on it, the names were smaller than I thought they would be (harder to read). She does have MANY grandchildren’s names, so I know that would contribute to them being smaller, but the preview appeared like the names would be bigger (easier to read). Ordering was easy. The cutesy fluff emails and the daily pushback of the delivery date were frustrating and maddening. The product did not arrive by the advertised time. The emails and delays felt like I had been scammed. Even after I received tracking info, it still felt like a scam. Only when I actually received the package (after a week of “it’ll be there tomorrow”) was I relieved that I HADN’T been scammed. While the product was good, I would caution anyone from ordering from you.
