Dear valued customer,
We want to give you advance notice of a change that will affect orders shipped to the European Union, starting 1 July 2025.
What is changing?
The European Union is introducing a new customs handling fee on all packages imported from outside the EU. This fee is applied by the EU and collected by the shipping carrier when your order enters the EU.
As a result, a small Customs Handling Fee will appear as a separate line item in your order total at checkout — similar to how shipping and tax are shown today.
|
Fee amount
EUR 3.00 – 3.50 per shipment (exact amount depends on your country and carrier)
|
Why is this fee being added?
This is a regulatory change introduced by the European Union, not a charge we set ourselves. Every parcel entering the EU from a non-EU origin is subject to this fee. We are collecting it on behalf of the carrier so that your delivery is not held at customs.
What does this mean for you?
-
The fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
-
It is charged per item, and it's different among different products.
-
The fee covers customs clearance handling only. We do not earn any margin on this charge.
What stays the same?
Our product prices, shipping rates, and delivery times remain unchanged. We are committed to making the checkout experience as transparent as possible so there are no surprises when your order arrives.
If you have any questions, our customer service team is here to help.
Thank you for your continued support.
Warm regards,
